Win and Jos initially met and worked together at Blue Bell. Both with an international background, they
share a common interest in the cultural differences of aging around the globe. “In dealing with our own
aging process we both have observed what roles seniors play in the different international cultures. For
example, in most tribal communities no one retires, the work responsibilities do change due to the
experience gained and physical realities” reports Jos Jansen, who holds an International MBA and is a
Certified Senior Move Manager.
